Rich Man Adventures

Mon. 16th Today my siblings and I didn't have school, but I had a Homeschool Group Valentine's Day party. It was really fun! Tues. 17th I had piano lessons today and finished my math unit assessment. Wed. 18th I had swim lessons and I'm learning different strokes! I also did Language Arts, learning the different regions of Belgium and read some of the book, "The Belgium Twins." Thurs. 19th Today I practiced piano then did some learning games on Iready. I also played with playdough and opened a geode! It smashed in lots of pieces, but still pretty cool.  Fri. 20th Today I had swim lessons and later did activity days with neighbor kids. We got a pocket knife and learned how to whittle.

Mon. 9th We had devotional and then read from "What Your 4th Grader Needs to Know" about Atoms, Islam, Monks and Gregorian chants, and we listened to some of them.  We did Math Lesson 54 about finding missing factors. Then swim lessons, practiced piano and went one mile on the exercise bike.  This was the sunrise view from our deck this morning! We might try and paint it! Tues. 10th I had piano lessons. I memorized "River Song", I really like that song.  We learned about Fredrick Handel and listened to his Hallelujah Chorus.  We read more about Islam and Muhammed. Math Lesson 55 Language arts lesson  Coded to created a solar system in Minecraft, and several glass planets that I decorated with plants. In the evening we went to my first hockey game. My sister was singing in it. It was fun to watch and cheer. Sadly the Grizzley's lost by one point. Wed. 11th We did art with friends today, practiced drawing hearts and doodling. Mon. 2/2 - Today I watched a video about the cookie cutter shark, basking shark, black swallower, and remora fish; read two chapters of "The Lost Library", worked on my jewel art, rode the exercise bike 1 mile, did Math Lesson 49 & review, practiced piano. Tues. 2/3 - Today my mom had to be on a zoom call to see if she'd have to do Jury duty. She didn't have to. I went to Piano lessons, did Math lesson 50 and Language Arts lesson 29. Wed. 2/4 - I practiced piano, read about The Black Death, 100 year war and Joan of Arc. I also learned about orchestra instruments and positions and we listened to an orchestra concert on YouTube. I also watched a video about the Mary River Turtle. For Language Arts we read about Eric Liddell and wrote about it. We also did Math lesson 51. Mon. Jan. 26 - I started the day by doing drawings of comics and listening to Bach. Then I completed a reading test, practiced piano and did swim lessons. Tues. Jan. 27 - I started a new comic today, then had piano lessons. Next I completed a Math test.  Wed. Jan. 28 - I worked on my comic again today, then did Language Arts lesson 27 about Coordinating Conjunctions and Independent Clauses. Mom and I went over to a friends house and taught her how to cook a muffin in a mug. They were delicious. Also I had fun playing with her baby. After that I did Math lesson 48 - Fractions of a set.
